It's all new!
The basic information has remained unchanged, however the layout has changed and a sitemap/search facility added.
Webmaster stuff
The previous site used 'frames', it was designed using Microsoft Frontpage. This current version no longer uses frames, and was designed using Dreamweaver 8. The advantages of moving away from frames is that each page is individually indexable. The pages always look the same irrespective of the route to find the page. This allows easier linking of pages and the ability for a local site search.
